On Ash Wednesday I joined with Lay Employees from Leeds and West Yorkshire Districts at Hebden Bridge Methodist Church as we shared a Quiet Day together. It being the first day of Lent, we looked at ways of deepening our prayer life, especially with the traditional Lent themes of penitence and forgiveness.
